I have been the Director of Agent and LEADS development for the past 2.5 years with this company. I have designed a lead system that enables our company to close transactions at a very rate when utilizing Zillow leads. Any other lead like qazzoo, realtor.com, zbuyer is not even close to what you can do with the Zillow product. I wrote the business plan and developed the agents within our system. I also designed the systematic phone calling in which we make calls to the client. I created scripts as well. I, personally, was responsible for about 5000 calls a month. I was making about 3000 using single dialers.

Senior Loan Officer: I have been a Senior Loan Officer for what did become Umpqua Bank. I have handled over $100 million dollars in loans over in my 25years. I have put together extremely difficult transactions for various firms, private industry and personal home loans. I have worked directly with monthly portfolios of $2-3million. I have run various golf tournaments for bank and annual fund raisers. Each bank other than Peoples Bank was purchased by the new bank. Different bank, same office.

9/76-Present: Musician

I have been a singer/songwriter for over 38 years. I have had a successful run in music for quite some time with our greatest success being in the years 1990-2000. We played in various places within the Seattle community and have now branched out into doing shows in California. 5/82-9/88: Cal Capitol Exports & BNAF

I left my position in England to work with California Capitol Exports of various trade transactions working Govt. tenders with Dow Chemical and the U.S. Govt. I also worked on large project in helping supply the Govt. of Bahrain with hospital construction materials. This melded into moving to Seattle and working with BNAF.

9/81-4/82: Teacher at Bradley Rowe School: Exeter, England I was a teacher for 5-8 year old’s in a very low economic neighborhood that yielded the highest levels of education for its students.
