5) Reduce HR department cost by 30 % by using internal reference policy and 95 % hiring done by internal HR team member only. Reduce unwanted expenses like company will not bear the cost of Mediclaim expenses of parents of employees, yearly 1 time Picnic for all, Reduce Security Cost by 20 %.
