Responsible for product management and marketing for $275MM Personal Care business. Team included three product managers and one international marketing specialist.
Created and led turnaround plan that included >$20MM in capital spending and >12 new hires. This plan led business to largest profit growth (~17%) in nearly a decade, reversing a 5-year decline.
Overhauled product pipeline, eliminating >20 R&D projects to focus efforts on larger, more meaningful projects where Tredegar had a right to succeed, and the potential was sufficient. Increased pipeline potential from <$50MM in revenue to >$200MM by 2021. Also increased vitality index from 11% in 2016 to 15% in 2017.
