OBJECTIVE

I would like to find something in the manufacturing area's that deal

with medical devices, I have worked in this field for 18 years and

feel the most comfortable here. I have done assembly work, inspection,

quality for the government contracts thru 1 employeer. I have also

worked with different types of chemicals and done some work in a chem

lab to determine how strong certain chemicals are and to determine if we

had to change them or add DI water to them.

I ran the AZ machine which I applied Cushion Rubber to freshly buffed tires and after the cushion rubber was applied I then added the spiral overlay to the tire as well before the tire was passed to the next step of the building process.

I was to take samples from the automatic chemical lines and give the

samples to the chem tech to run, I also took care of all waste

chemistry and delivered it to the appropriate spot. I also brought

fresh chemisrty to the designated area for storage until we needed to

use it. I was required to move 600-800 pound chemistry on a dolly to

the area for storage and then take and fill the ccs or cdc with either

a fresh drum or an empty poly drum for waste. I was also required to

use the computer to track the cheicals that I was using by taking them

out of SAP when I was putting them into use.

I worked in the DES Drug Eluted Stents devision of Boston scientific

I worked as an Inspector with catherters on a line of 10 other people.

I also did kitting work for this same area It intailed getting everything ready for the line

so that they didnt have to stop production to get the things they needed for the next job.

I alos got things from the warehouse when needed and change the quanities in the SAP

logs in the computer. I also took vare of dumping waste alcohol from out area and also brought

fresh alcohol back to the production area as needed.

I was to do inspection on parts for different area's. Some of my

duties required more exstensive paperwork and documentation then

other's. I did alot of inspection for the government and had to ensure

that all the paperwork was filled and everything was complete and had

all the data and serial number's if required by their inspector's. I also did first articles for government contracts.
