As the City Integration & Stakeholder Senior Vice President role across all corporate departments, I play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and seamless integration of Sports Boulevard a remarkable 135 km linear park project. This encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities related to corporate functions and the successful execution of the multifaceted initiative. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations and engaging and influencing with senior-level management in relation to stakeholders to drive project success, securing necessary resources and addressing any challenges that may arise across.

• Spearheading efforts to align stakeholder and authority requirements with the design, construction and delivery team's objectives.

• Responsible for effectively managing the permitting and consent processes.

• Facilitating seamless communication and interaction with both external and internal stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.

• Architecture and Engineering Consultancy: I provided valuable consultancy services in architecture and engineering for both residential and commercial building owners. My services extended across various stages of facility development. Key areas of expertise included assisting in design decision- making, offering independent professional opinions, devising solutions for construction challenges, advising on material selection with a focus on sustainability, energy conservation, waterproofing, thermal insulation, and addressing issues like roof leaks, construction modifications, additions, and restoration.

I held a pivotal role as the Director of the Engineering Department within the Riyadh Airports Company

(RAC) riyadhairports.com, a newly established entity as part of Saudi Arabia's aviation sector privatization program. RAC's primary responsibility was the management and operation of the King Khaled International Airport (KKIA) and the surrounding city, a colossal undertaking. KKIA itself represented a remarkable feat of engineering and infrastructure, comprising five passenger terminals, a mosque, extensive covered and uncovered parking facilities for 11,600 vehicles, a Royal Terminal, a towering central control tower (among the world's tallest), and two parallel runways, each stretching 4,260 meters in length. The land allocated for this airport was the third largest globally. The Engineering Department I led was tasked with overseeing a multitude of projects, both airside and landside, as well as a comprehensive investment initiative within the airport city. Additionally, RAC was in the planning stages of two strategically important airports, Al-Kharj and Sudair, situated in the central province, with the Engineering Department representing RAC in these critical projects. My duties and responsibilities encompassed:

5.4 Strategic Affairs General Manager, Stakeholder Manager, Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants (RMTC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, February 2014- June 2016 Served as the Strategic Affairs General Manager, Stakeholder Manager at Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants (RMTC), a Project Management Office and Construction Manager overseeing projects for the Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA). RMTC, a joint venture between leading global engineering consultancy Parsons (parsons.com), and esteemed French consultancies Egis (egis-group.com) and Systra

(systra.com), was entrusted with the monumental task of delivering the Riyadh Metro Project. This project marked the largest design-build rail infrastructure initiative ever initiated simultaneously, with a consultancy contract value of $562 million, overseeing three of the six lines under the $23.5 billion Riyadh Metro project by ADA.

My duties and responsibilities were comprehensive:

• Building Industry Partnerships: Established and nurtured a robust network of industry partners, public authorities, and government entities at the local, national, and international levels. This network played a crucial role in facilitating the successful development of the major rail project.

These reports encompassed health, safety, environment, site conditions, public complaints, contractor violations, labor conditions, traffic detours, utilities, and service companies.

• Design Reviews: Provided support for and participated in design reviews of stations and infrastructure, attending contractors' meetings with Civil Defense.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensured that construction solutions and delivery complied with legislative requirements for health, personal safety, product safety, and environmental protection.

• Technical Coordination: Facilitated technical transparency between authorities concerning matters directly affecting the development of national public transportation policies.

Takamol Holding played a pivotal role in reshaping the Saudi labor market by initiating sustainable projects and fostering collaborations between the public and private sectors.

My role primarily focused on managing projects related to Takamol's offices and headquarters. These assignments were of a shorter duration and often involved working closely with the Chairman of the Board to ensure the successful execution of specific initiatives. GPT, with a strong track record in telecommunications project management in Saudi Arabia, managed a substantial 10 billion SAR program jointly sponsored by two prominent stakeholders: the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense (UK-MoD) and the Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG). My responsibilities included:
