Managed 5 residential rental properties in Omaha, Nebraska
Supervise property department staff, approve and oversee all necessary work on all properties. Collect bids, contracts and monitor all projects. In charge of ordering, approving and monitoring budget for the department. Keeping high occupancy at all times. Conducting inspections, providing necessary reports on a daily basis. Keeping delinquency to a minimum. Oversee marketing for the properties.
Reason for the change: Two plus hours of driving every day from Lincoln to Omaha.
