2022 – 2023

Housing Information Coordinator/Concerned Citizens For A Better Algiers, New Orleans Managed referrals, certified applicants for participation, and calculated client rent, utility allowances and rental subsidies. Reviewed leases to ensure compliance with Federal, state, and local laws and met with Landlords to secure verbal agreement to participate in the program. Coordinate with City of New Orleans to conduct housing inspections and maintained all clients’ records and document housing and client activity.

2019 - 2021

HR Director/Regional Transit Authority (RTA), New Orleans Strategically planned and executed HR initiatives to promote efficiency and productivity across all RTA departments. Coordinated and conducted employee orientation for new hires, ensuring accuracy in the maintenance of benefits and records. Administered and managed benefits, health and retirement (LASERS and 457) plan and managed personnel movements, pay rates/salaries, job changes, terminations, and job/department assignments as well as demographic data. Reviewed personnel and benefit data to ensure accuracy and conducted periodic quality reviews of employee records in preparation for both reports and audits. Resolved employee concerns and performed routine HR duties while managing retirement accounts for staff.

2002 - 2019

HR Manager/Regional Transit Authority (RTA), New Orleans Oversaw recruitment of approximately 80% of Transit operators employed with RTA and maintained a positive company climate conducive to high morale and productivity.
