Duties Include but not limited to:
• Read, review and have a strong understanding and knowledge of Association governing documents.
• Have a Strong understanding and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Posting monthly assessments /billing and posting monthly invoices and following up with delinquency.
• Work with (3) separate boards, as well as (9) retail spaces.
• Work with HOA Board of Directors, including documenting and recording meeting minutes and coordinating meeting dates.
• Works with building repairs/maintenance/upgrades with contractors.
• Assists residents with building issues or concerns on a daily basis.
