Duties Include but not limited to:

• Read, review and have a strong understanding and knowledge of Association governing documents.

• Have a Strong understanding and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Posting monthly assessments /billing and posting monthly invoices and following up with delinquency.

• Work with (3) separate boards, as well as (9) retail spaces.

• Work with HOA Board of Directors, including documenting and recording meeting minutes and coordinating meeting dates.

• Works with building repairs/maintenance/upgrades with contractors.

• Assists residents with building issues or concerns on a daily basis.

• Complete Condo questionnaires/Estoppels for resale and refinance.

• Review leases, educate tenants on Master Deeds, building policies and procedures.

• Works with a staff of 19 to ensure all building procedures and standards are being upheld at all times.

• Assume Property Manager’s duties/authority in absence of immediate supervisor in accordance with company and community guidelines.

• Assist with Research for preparation of (3) annual operating budgets.

• Assist with the planning of Annual and quarterly Board of Director Meetings,

• Attend Association events with Boards/Committees approval.

• Develop and implement policies and carry out tasks assigned by upper management and Board of Directors.

• Review, modify, code and approve Association invoices.
