• Manufacturing Support: Supplied organizational level support for manufacturing scheduling, benchmark analysis and core competency attributes. Develop budget and forecast that aided in the reconciliation process of discrepancies from work statement and planned budget. Develop a constraint-based schedule for capacity planning, defect analysis, make/buy evaluations, flow impact, cost, space constraints and headcount. Develop, design, and consolidated statement of work (SOW) for the Fabrication, Assembly, Set-up, and Test (FAST) Labs.

• Value Stream Mapping & Analysis: Managed the Value Stream team to help define process mapping that aided improvement opportunity used for manufacturing, planning and operations management to support Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) initiatives and program business plans. Provided root cause analysis and work design methods to help identify corrective processes in cost and quality for the Fabrication, Assembly, Setup & Test organization (FAST)

• Project Management: Manages Enterprise level projects, set up strategies and visions for projects. Work with fellow IE’s, ME’s, PP&C, Project leads, Finance, Value stream, Bus- Ops, and MMO to redefine the tests and manufacturing systems. This process netted 80% on-time schedules for all FAST program projects including 737 Max, 787-9, 787-10 AEM, 777X and KC-46A Tanker.

• Operations Improvement: Lead a team of Industrial Engineers to analyze the new build process, reconfigure standardized operations plans, collected, and analyze over two thousand action items from 5,000 lines of data to help remove waste from the system. Designed the Boeing Fabrication Team Ergonomics and Time-Study processes as well as the technical shop recovery planning. Capacity and Capital planning expert.

• Integrated Systems: Participated in the development and analysis of product lifecycle management structure- PLM, readiness assessment CAD- Creo parametric, CATIA for manufacturing process design, and planning. Assisted in data collection, configuration management for the manufacturing support team to determine the machine tooling processes, provided data and reference materials for onsite supplier visits, and participated in supplier management meetings. Designed a more constructive PLM to help articulate a systemic thinking technique that becomes a blueprint for supplier/customer relationship training.

• IPT Leadership: Lead, manage, motivate, and empower integrated product teams. Develop, lead, and manage organizational plans for the FAB organization in strategic analysis, negotiation processes and long-range business plans.
