WORK EXPERIENCE

Turner Industries (11/2015 – Present) –Rigger Corpus Christi, Texas United States

Duties: to fly up pipe and iron using different types of rigging equipment such as wire rope slings and round slings. Have rigged on a 1000 ton crane crawler making over 300,000 pound lifts. Was also responsible for signing off on all the critical documentation paper work needed to make the lifts. Have also rigged for numerous types of cranes and in different tons. Bull rigged using chain falls and come a longs to fit pipes into life processing units. Also was responsible for putting together the spreader bars when making all the heavy lifts.

Seventy-Seven Energy (5/2014 – 11/2015) –Equipment Operator III Pearsall, Texas United States

Duties: to operate and maintain several different types of chemical equipment systems. To ensure that all chemical equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, resulting in proper functionality and minimum failures. Performing quality checks according to procedures. Modify equipment in a timely manner. Perform preventive, planned and unplanned maintenance repairs, overhaul, trouble shoot, and test mechanical and electrical equipment to company standards. I can operate four different types of chemical systems with no supervision. Daily duties require handling and maintaining hazards chemicals. When operating equipment, I wear the proper mandatory PPE to prevent exposure to hazardous chemicals. My duties also consist of monitoring high pressure lines and values to make sure they are holding the proper pressure to complete the job in a timely manner. Corpus Christi Army Depot (8/2008 –6/2014) – Bearing Inspector Corpus Christi, Texas United States

Duties: Support Level I bearing shop located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD). I administered bearing inspections for the following aircraft: UH-60 Blackhawk, CH-47 Chinook, AH-64 Apache, and the OH-58 Kiowa. Bearing inspections consist of using micrometers to verify nominal dimension, and using high power magnifying lenses for visual inspections of bearing and gears. Duties require detecting defective and/or malfunctioning subcomponents and dimensionally examining and evaluating components using ultra precision gauging equipment measuring in the millionth of an inch. Duties also consisted of verifying tech data such as blue prints, technical manuals, government regulations and CCAD regulations are all consistent with tech data on the shop travelers. My duties also included administrative procedures such as inducting components into a computer based program, packaging and labeling components, and routing components to the proper shops throughout CCAD.

Bay Tanks LTD (04/2006 – 8/2008) – Welder/Pusher Corpus Christi, Texas United States

Duties: Worked in several refinery locations to repair and weld oil storage tanks. Duties also included managing a 5 to 6-man crew. This included timesheet reports and a daily job safety analysis sheet every morning. I was responsible for obtaining work and safety permits on the job site. I was the point of contact on the job sites for any concerns regarding the job. I was also responsible for completing the job in a timely manner. Welding duties consisted of welding, fabricating plate and pipe, reading isometric drawings and using various welding tools for the job at hand. I administered diesel test, static test using H2O, reverse flow test, UT test, penetrate test and vacuum test.

H&S Construction (06/2004 - 04/2006) – Fitter/Boilermaker Corpus Christi, Texas United States

Duties: Consisted of reading isometric prints, taking accurate measurements, fitting pipes to specifications. I have experience in bolting patterns for flanges, hydro-testing pipes, and using various tools for the job requirements. I worked in various refineries under strict guidelines. This was a team oriented position which required daily interaction with peers to prep job sites, discuss any safety concerns, and discuss plan of action. Duties on a pipeline for flint hills ship yard in Ingleside consisted of stringing out pipe down right away, tie-ins, digging up of hot lines, line marking, fabricating risers, inspecting final clean up, hydro testing, and hot tapping.

Duties: Required various job responsibilities. Duties included fitting plate, grinding, tack welding, reading blue prints, cutting metal with torches and vacuum sealing welds for inspection.
