Responsible for the 2 companies of the Celistics Group in Ecuador, with direct report to the CEO of the country and functional report to the Corporate Human Resources Managers, with 5 direct reports. 2

Managed the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality standard for the Human Resources area, being the first country to certify the processes of the area within the corporate group.

I created the labor welfare program for employees, with a focus on savings for the company, health and sports for employees, as well as healthy eating, which significantly improved the work environment, reducing internal problems and lowering employee turnover, allowing to replicate it in other countries.

I managed and coordinated the implementation of the payroll system in the two companies of the group, reducing time and reprocesses in the area, and improving the flow of information with accounting through an accounting interface to their SAP system.

I developed programs to foster internal communication and generate openness and commitment of employees with management and avoid possible works councils. This included training workshops for employees on both legal and process issues to reduce potential labor lawsuits, resulting in a ratio of 0.0063 lawsuits per year during the eight years of my tenure. I coordinated the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Program according to the legal regulations of each country and aligned with the Human Resources processes.
