Successfully completed main part of the project like Intake, DAF, DMF and RO buildings. Job Description: As a Resident Engineer (Contracts Manager) on behalf of Supervision Consultant M/s Dar Engineering since June 2017 for the proposed construction of Al Salam Hospital Project at Al Khobar for a value of Approx. USD 120 Million. To Determine and adjudge the scope of work based on standards and construction laws, Review and Approval of design, shop and As-built Drawings, Project Specification, and design, acknowledge and distribute them among all parties involved, following the project responsibility matrix and individual contracts. Determine, review and approval of execution, quality, safety and health and risk management plan. Approve and agree on the best construction methodologies and ITP’s maintaining the technicality. Generation, circulation and keep record of all project documents. Safeguarding and preserving Client interests in maintaining confidentiality of required Keep track with regular project updates, cross verify the planned versus actual progress and determine the projected with recommendation to recover. Chairing the project meetings, discuss and resolve, clarify project issues. Review and certification of progressive payments determine risk factors and contractual parameters to apply at regular intervals.
