My name is Nick Harris. I have worked in a variety of positions in my life, from Subway, Cold Stone creamery, Papa John's pizza and Pizza Hut, to selling search engine optimization in telesales at Don Lapris Greatest Vitamins in the World, Drive Forward Marketing, and the Home Biz Warehouse, to selling cruise and resort stay packages at Sears Vacations under the International Cruise and Excursions (I.C.E.) umbrella in Phoenix, Arizona, to most recently doing Retail Merchandising at various locations for various companies in Ridgecrest, California. INTERNATIONAL CRUSE AND EXCURSIONS - Scottsdale, AZ November 2012 to November 2016

I was the manager of the sales floor for the introductory department of Sears Vacations. We called Sears credit card holders and offered them exclusive vacation packages at introductory rates with the ability to put their dream vacations on layaway at only 99 dollars down (and under) to lock in the price of the exclusive promotional offer and then offered them flexible monthly payment options over a maximum of a 28 month period. We offered them the choice of 3 different vacation packages to choose from, beginning with our top (or gold) package which consisted of a 7 night cruise for 2 passengers (with the only additional out of pocket cost being the mandatory port fees and taxes that all those that plan to take a cruise are made to pay) at their destination of choice on their preferred cruise line traveling to their preferred destination on any of the top 5 major cruise lines, as well as a 7 night resort stay for up to a family of 6 (depending on the resort) at their choice of about 600 plus resorts worldwide to choose from for 1699 dollars asking for a modest down deposit of 99 dollars to lock in the promotion and start working toward their dream vacation(s) at incredible discounts and value. The first 2 sales at this rate came from myself for Sears Vacations, which I sold 2 of the 1699 dollar packages to the same lady in the phone call, after which I was made to help the rest of the team by explaining answers to any additional questions the potential customer might have, and to close sales for sale reps that have an interested customer on the phone.
