I have 25+ years of extensive experience managing underground construction, boring, and trenching projects in Texas. I have developed relationships and secured contracts with clients across multiple industries including: Telecommunications, Energy, Real Estate Development, Municipalities and have extensive knowledge of underground utilities including water, sewer, and storm. I have managed projects from the initial bidding process through the successful completion, as well as managed teams with over 250 employees and subcontractors. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Drainage Improvements, City of Alvin, TX – Provided the service to excavate a Drainage Ditch 3300 lf. x 60 ft. with Sediment Control and Out Flow structures. This project was to provide drainage for a large housing complex. My role in this project was to funish the Bond to secure the contract, Furnish all experienced personnel, all equipment, materials, cost control, scheduling materials and crews as well as securing sub-contractors, dealing with inspectors and their needs. This project was turn-key, lump sum bid, and Bonded. US Sprint, New Orleans, LA – Provided Labor and Equipment to Turn-key the placement of 20,000 lf. of 10” Casing under Rail Road Tracks, Highways and Streets as a sub-contractor for US Sprint. My role in this project was to Bid and Secure the contract, Cost control, Furnish all Labor and Equipment, Furnish housing and meals for the employees, schedule the crews on a daily basis, Operate all equipment as well as welding casing, Call in existing utility locates and dealing with Inspectors and their needs.

City of Willis, TX – Extended Water Lines, Sanitary Sewer System with Manholes and Clearing the R.O.W. 7500 lf. My role in this project was to bid and furnish a performance and payment bond, Furnish all Labor, Equipment and Materials, Schedule all crews, Secure sub-contractors such as Surveyors, Trucking, Bedding materials, Pipe suppliers as well as Pre-cast manholes, Cost control and scheduling. This Project was Turn-key, Lump Sum Bid, and Bonded. M.U.D # 51, Houston, TX – Placed 5800 lf. of 20” Force Main Sanitary Sewer 18 ft. in depth, by Trenching and Bore Method. My role was to bid this project, secure contracts and furnish performance and payment bonds, Furnish all labor, equipment and materials, Video the entire project due to the area working, Called in existing utility locates every 8 days until project complete, schedule all crews, set up vendor accounts for pipe, bedding materials, trucking, and restoration materials, Cost and quality control, Dealt directly with the owner and any concerns, Secured sub-contractors and their quotes. This project was Turn-key, lump sum bid, and Bonded. Jury Assembly Building, City of Houston – Placed all Underground Utilities for this Facility. Furnished all Labor, Equipment, Materials, Furnished all Permits, and Bond for the City. This project consisted of Open Cutting several Major Streets Downtown Houston in order to place the Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Fire Line. My role in this project was to bid and secure a contract, Make sure all permits were secure and in force at the time certain phases were being completed, Schedule all crews for a 24 – 7 shift, Secure contracts from sub-contractors, dealt with all inspectors and their needs, Turned in submittals, RFI’s and change orders, Hired and fired employees, Secured contracts with vendors and scheduled all equipment and materials. I was a Sub-Contractor to the General. Hoar Construction.

Habitat for Humanity, Houston, TX – Cleared 7 acres, Placed Water, Storm Sewer, and Sanitary including Manholes and Inlets. Excavated Detention Pond off-site and raised the entire property Three Feet for 35 Home Sites. My involvement with this project was to review the bid before submitting to the owner, Secure the contract with performance and payment bonds, Hire all employees and schedule all phases of the work to perform, Secured all contracts with sub-contractors and vendors quotes for cost control, Controlled all trucking, Submitted all submittals, RFI’s and change orders, Dealt directly with the Engineering Company and the inspectors, Furnished all Labor, Equipment and materials. This project was Turn-key, lump sum bid, and Bonded. SW Bell, Galveston, TX – Placed over 6 miles of large duct banks all in quick sand. Over 27 manholes - 12’x6’x7’ and 12’x12’x18’, 2000 lf of dry auger cased bores everything located in the streets. I was involved from the initial bidding process till the completion, submitted the bid, secured all contracts with the owner, sub-contractors and vendors, furnished all labor, equipment and materials, submitted all change orders, hired all crews, oversee all production and safety, order all materials and equipment as needed. SW Bell, Houston, TX – The length of this project was 12 miles and I placed 32 Manholes 12’x 6’ x 7’ and 12’ x 6’ x 18’ with driveways, multi-conduit duct banks, Bridge attachment and over 3000 lf of cased bores. The entire project was located in a deep ditch full of water. . I was involved from the initial bidding process till the completion, submitted the bid, secured all contracts with the owner, sub-contractors and vendors, furnished all labor, equipment and materials, submitted all change orders, hired all crews, oversee all production and safety, order all materials and equipment as needed.

AT&T, Marshall and Longview, TX – Placed 23 miles of multi-conduit with hand-holes thru the out skirts of Marshall, Texas, and placed 27 manholes 12’x6’x7’, 60 cased bores, and multi-conduit for over 2.5 miles. All located in Asphalt R.O.W. I was involved from the initial bidding process till the completion, submitted the bid, secured all contracts with the owner, sub-contractors and vendors, furnished all labor, equipment and materials, submitted all change orders, hired all crews, oversee all production and safety, order all materials and equipment as needed. City of Fort Worth, Tx. - Liner Plate shafts 12 to 18 feet and depths fro 12 to 53 feet in depth to place 84" liner plate under I-35 for a water main. Made sure the shafts were safe to work in and the tunnel was started on grade and remained on grade. Ordered equipment and materials, and worked with inspectors on a daily basis. City of Lafayette, Louisiana. - Placed 54" and 30" double barrel Casing under roads and railroads for a pipeline. Organized crews, ordered all equipment and materials, located all utilities for clearance, made sure all excavations were within OSHA compliance. Worked with inspectors on a daily basis. FM 423 Storm Sewer for TxDot - Little Elm. Tx. - Place 24" thru 54" rcp as well as 6x3, 6x4, 6x5, 6x6 Conc. Boxes for a 5 mile project. Hired all man power, ordered all equipment and materials, setup yard trailer, worked with all existing utility companies, called in locates, made sure all pipe and inlets was placed per Plans. Worked with GC on a daily basis in order to meet their schedule. Bade sure all excavations were within OSHA regulations. 53rd street, Galveston Tx. - Placed storm sewer, manholes, inlets for the new street improvements. Scope of work also included new water and sewer line. As a Superintendent for this project and after reviewing the plans it was clear to me that changes had to be made. I started with rfi's to raise the water line from 12' deep to 3', slipline the existing sanitary versus removing and placing a new line by excavations, deleting the removal of existing junction boxes in order to place new boxes due to the cost and project completion date, and lowering proposed storm sewer in order to clear all existing utilities. All rfi's were approved. Ordered all materials and equipment needed, worked with inspectors and utility companies on a daily basis. Project was 1.5 miles with quick sand at 2 feet below ground surface. Hired a de-watering company in order to save on existing budget. Skill Highlights
