Managed and grew a Territory of 55 accounts which comprised of Enterprise to Small and Medium size business Resellers. The market segment was a mix of commercial and government and education. Helping businesses realize the promise of technology in Distribution sales and working with 1700 vendors and 280,000 products. Interfacing with Vendors, Field, Solution Executives and Specialist to introduce and sell solutions and products.

• Partnered with Vendor Rep. and grew account from $400K p/annum to $1.5M winning a Silver 2017 President’s Club Award (Vendor 3M).

• Overachieved revenue and growth in Vendor taking a zero net new account to $15M revenue resulting in a win to the 2017 President’s Club trip and highest gross margin achiever 160%YOY.

• Strengthened relationship with a declining account which resulted in incremental business. Taking them from a $45K-$6M per annum account.

• Designed on Microsoft Teams App. a WIKI page and file tabs which gave our team 25% better response time. New or associates unfamiliar with directives could search using key words and get detailed explanation, contacts information and step by step instructions on how to perform tasks. Results in less questions and information at their fingertips.

• Using strong vendor negotiations saved the return on bigger returns. A deal worth 1.5M was negotiated directly with the vendor and was not returned to distribution and a 100% wash to P&L. A win for Partner and Vendor. I negotiated for the vendor to take the return direct and re order direct.

• Retired $3M in a Vendor at the end of the 1st quarter of 2023 and therefore overachieved 120% over Revenue and 136% Gross Profit.

• Demo calls virtually, training partners on the new digital website.

• Hybrid field visits via MS Teams weekly and quarterly reviews. QBR's added to my breath of vendors and solutions discussing new solutions and programs to our Reseller partners.

• Brought in net new business by using expert knowledge in Networking/Security Vendor onboarding of partners with the assistance of internal Solution Specialists and Vendor Managers.

• Growth accounts from $75k- 3M per annum, using programs, marketing funds, new emerging vendors to get this business back.

• Led a team of 20 reps and Revenue 38M per month was the leader for virtual team meetings, trained new reps.
