•Revising/Creating SOPs for obtaining dimensional data, streamlining the process. Increasing the accuracy and efficiency at which internal and external customers can utilize for product ordering.
•Re-designing/modeling existing products or packaging resulting in reduced incident rates, load-ability, and overall cost savings on 3 of the company’s top selling collections.
