Set up design reviews with R.E. & T.E. to meet and exceed design expectations.
Design tools and fixtures needed to support automotive components testing.
Modeling 3D parts and fixtures, supply product stack up to support a test cell.
Create 2D room layout with measurements and location for install accuracy.
Make revisions and modify existing 3D parts in Team Center to support a test.
Create 2D drawings of fixtures designed with GDT.

Using Wind Tunnels to measure airflow and leakage on HVAC modules.
Cut HVAC modules into sections, prep. sections and test for leakages in CFM.
Set up HVAC Modules on fixture stand and perform airflow testing.
