Assist in performing RILs (Routine Inspection List) throughout the 573rd and 572nd Squadrons. Performing QVIs (Quality Verification Inspections) and Pes (Personnel Evaluations to validate compliance to Processes and Procedures.
Feb 2011 to April 2017– Assigned as QA to Plant Services (MXSG)
Perform monthly inspections in shops for compliance in issues pertaining to Document Control, Safety, Tech Data/Tech Order, Environmental Compliance, Use of Equipment, Training Records, Material Control, Tool Control, using the Routine Inspection Listing (RIL) Checklist.
Served as the Foreign Object Damage (FOD)/ Dropped Object Program (DOP) Program Manager for the Plant Services Maintenance Group assisting, educating, and training daily in all matters of the FOD/DOP Program. Maintains FOD/DOP continuity book and assists Squadron FOD Focal Points in updating and maintaining their continuity books. Performs weekly spot inspections throughout the Group. Documents results of inspections and forwards information to the Group and Squadron Directors to reveal the current state of their FOD/DOP Program. Attends quarterly Center FOD/DOP briefings and ensures a copy of the briefing is sent out to the Group/Squadron Directors and all First Line Supervisors.
Knowledgeable of and use of both FEM WEB and FEM MAXIMO systems to track work orders performed for PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) on all DIPE throughout the Complex. Both systems are also used to track Project Work Orders initiated by the Group.
Assist in RCA analysis for reported injuries and miss-haps.
Serves as 1 of 2 QIMSS Administrators performing queries of the QIMMS system for trends noted during inspections, inputting employees into the system, removing employees from the system due to moves or termination, resetting passwords, and assisting users with miscellaneous problems with the system.
Performed roles of the GS-12 QAS Lead in their absence. Those duties include attending and briefing new employees of the Quality Office functions during NEO (New Employee Orientation).

Assisted QA Office in quarterly audits of the entire F-15 Production process and results were furnished to F-15 Aircraft Management for evaluating the effectiveness and areas of improvement of their processes.
Attended many hours of training for job related duties in the Quality Assurance Specialist field.
