To whom it may concern,
My goal is to achieve a long-term position within a strong, stable and reputable company that will allow me the ability to expand on my strengths while allowing upward growth potential. Although I enjoy my job now, opportunities are limited which has created the need for a career change to one that is more in line with my past positions.
I am a successful communicator, and I enjoy connecting with people, and providing positive service experiences that satisfy all involved. As a former USAF broadcast and print journalist, I was given essential basics that I have expanded on throughout my years of commitment and attention to detail within communication-based positions. Whether it has been in public relations, sales, or support roles, my interpersonal skills have proven rewarding for all.
For the past 6 years, I have worked for Pacific Office Automation as a remote site lead at Estrella Mountain Community College managing POA branch administration, service, print production, personnel and conflict resolution, along with various office automation practices and procedures. Before this, I was on a break from work while my children were young, this until my husband became ill. Earlier, encompassing the 30+ years after my military years as a journalist, I was a successful mortgage broker, automotive finance manager, public relations representative, and sales rep within the residential building industry.
To describe myself further, I am a highly adaptable, quick learning, capable individual who strives to deliver nothing less than above average results. During my last job as a mortgage broker among a group of approximately 40 reps, the branch manager dubbed me "the exception" because of my consistently high closing ratio, and often called on me to share my best practices and assist peers in a training capacity.
When given the opportunity in a new field I have always excelled, and I am confident that the skills and experiences I possess will further develop strong relations with both internal and external publics which will help to sustain the excellent reputation of your company.
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself, and I look forward to hearing of any fitting opportunities you may have. Upon your request, I am available for any information you require.
Sincerely, Gina Haider
