Used various CNC and drill presses using various jigs and fixtures to ensure proper alignment. Used calipers and triangles, rulers, squares and tape measures to ensure dimensional compliance.

Assembly: Using prints and written instructions assembled various electronic sensors and gauges. Soldering under the microscope and lining up coils and filaments using telemetry cameras and monitors. Soldering, electronic welding and spot welding. Assembled various mounting brackets using screws and rivets and hand tools as well as torque wrenches. Used voltmeters to verify continuity, occasionally used calipers and micrometers to verify critical component measurements per print. Tested completed gauges in various test fixtures before releasing them for shipping. Cutting wires, stripping, tinning, soldering, crimping and insertion of terminals into connectors per print. Operated some CNC presses and routers as needed.
