The bulk of my work experience has been focused on Leading edge integrated Circuit Unit Sample Prep for Debug and Focus Ion Beam (FIB) execution for Failure Analysis, while implementing variety of process improvements and new product process development.

Significant contributions made to several product launches within the company, including first ever 10nm FIB and Sample Prep process development which required techniques previously unnecessary or utilized.

Considerable amount of time spent working with Benchman and HAAS CNC Milling. Worked with outside vendors to develop & incorporate tool automation software on the HAAS which saved through put time 10x fold, with the ability to set up 4 small parts at a time, to run the entire process of interposer edge milling and silicon die polishing down to only 10um thick with a form factor accuracy of +/-2um.

Additional Emphasis on Validation Testing with customer support & relations, Advanced troubleshooting, Triage, and Debug; Platform level board Ramp-Up including both software and hardware installation, updates, and equipment maintenance, Acquired skillset working with NGA automation, PVT (Performance Voltage & Temperature) execution, Data collection & analysis on multitude of various documented test cases with a strength in organization and a passion for presentation with a creative uniqueness of which is still in alignment with company performance goals; such as creating a video BKM or instructional tutorial for an extremely challenging obstacle faced during 10nm process development, and a short video highlighting the significance and need for prorrr3rr3rcess deviation which successfully saved an average of 2 full days per month on component throughput time.

L4 Validation & BAT Testing

Lead technician for intel iVE labs within the FV_PVT domain (Performance Voltage and Temperature). Responsible for Validation support, PVT test execution, and basic acceptance testing (BAT) data collection and analysis. Responsible for ramping-up into NGA automation; advanced platform level setup, testing, troubleshooting, debug, and maintenance on open circuit boards constantly changing and upgrading both hardware and software components.
