Mortgage Loan Processing

I would receive the file from the Set-up person. I would process the file and validate the Credit, Income and Asset documents. I would then send the file to Underwriting for Approval

I have ordered Appraisal and Title work if not completed by Set-up person

I can Validate FNMA DU approved loans only.

I would prepare loans for Closing and send Closing documents to the Title Co

I would process it and request any needed documents from the Borrower. I would submit a complete file to the Underwriter. I would clear any conditions prior to giving the loan to the Closing Department.

I am very familiar with Desktop Underwriter and Loan Prospector.

I can process Conventional, FHA, V.A. Loans and Ohio Bond Loans.

I am very familiar with different types of Down payment assistance programs.

I have processed Conforming and Non-Conforming Loans.

Mortgage Loan Closer

I would receive a file from the processor.

I would work the file up and print out the necessary documents according to the program and needed documents for that loan.

I also had certain Title Company’s I would E-Mail a closing package.

I would receive the completed closing package back from the Title Company and I would submit it to our Home Office within 3 days.

I would also do follow-up calls to the Title Company for any documents that were not returned in the closing package.

I would also follow-up with the Title Company after 45 days if I had not received the final Title Policy and Title Commitment.

National City Bank

I was the Head Teller.

I would Order money for the bank each week and then verify the money when it came in on Wednesday.

I would also handle customer transactions and accounts.

I would have to balance my drawer and the main vault on a daily basis.
