Provide safety support on custom fabrication tasks without serious hazards and follow rules and regulations to comply with OSHA. Inspect and examine work conditions to conform to OSHA. Train/instruct new and current employees on how to properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when using power/manual tools and equipment. Also, on maintaining tools that employees have been train-in. Know what PPE will be needed for each task, know how to use the equipment, inspect the PPE, store, and maintain it.
