Manage an AR portfolio of over 2000 accounts that total over $200 million with customers located in Europe and Canada including the submission of letter of credit paperwork, sending updates to sales and customers regarding past due issues prior to credit hold situations arise.
Handle credit releases for 3 to 4 of my co-workers up to a $375,000 limit and assist in the day to day questions that may arise to the best of my ability.
Set up accounts, make account changes, send copies of statements and invoices for payment purposes, send 10-day demand letters, send accounts to 3rd party collection agencies, process refunds, process write offs up to $750, assist in payment applications of unapplied payments, and obtain PODs as needed. Send quarterly reports on bad debt and over 90-day accounts
