I have a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems.

I am a “Data Analyst and IT report specialist” at Real Estate One. I am working on MS Access, SQL, SSRS and Crystal report.

I worked as a “Data Consultant” for Urban Science. To analyze data, I was working mainly on MS Excel(professional) and SQL (Intermediate Level) server with customers in United States, Canada, and Europe.

I worked as a “Quality Data Analyst” at Quest global company, Quest is a supplier for Ford Motor Company, mainly I used to analyze data by using MS Access and MS Excel for Ford in addition to pulling the data from Data Cubes (it is the Data Warehouse in Ford).

I worked as a Data Analyst for MSX International Company which is a supplier for General Motors, in addition I have nine years of teaching experience at the University of Petra in Amman, Jordan.

I am professional in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word). I have strong capabilities in data migration, data cleansing, and developing databases by using MS Access in addition to the ability to manipulate data and creating the ad hoc reports. I have strong capabilities in designing visual interface for data interaction and migrating data between MS Access and MS Excel. In addition to the ability to work with different kinds of data formats: ASCII Comma Delimited Text, csv files, Excel, Access, HTML, and XML and a little experience with SQL.

As a data analyst, I have created and developed many information systems. By developing existing systems, I cut the business process time by 30% or more sometimes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining current reports- the company using SAP Crystal Reports tool in addition to the SQL Server Report Builder (SRSS).

• Analyzing data by using MS Access and MS Excel.

• Using Domo as a platform to build an interactive and visualize reports.

• Creating new reports and building new databases by using MS Access and SQL.

• Schedule and manage auto email by using “Navarre Report Manager” to manage reports distribution to company workers and stakeholders.

2.Data Consultant-Urban Science (5-201*-*-****)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using company software, Microsoft Excel and SQL Server.

• Urban Science have an agile system, to manage work we are using TFS (Team Foundation Server) as a tool to apply scrum concepts (daily standup meeting, scrum review and retrospective).

• Create and produce high quality special project deliverables from ad-hoc customer requests, on schedule and within budget.

• Utilize VBA and complex Excel formulas to increase productivity.

4.Data Analyst-MSX International Client Name: General Motors. 3/2013-5/2016

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleansing data, data migration between Ms Access and Ms Excel-(Vlookup), in addition to migrate data to another applications or tools if needed.

Analyze vehicle-wiring data to produce reports and supply charts using Excel and Access for General Motor Company’s Customer Care and Aftersales department. • Intensive use of excel functions to create standard forms to be used by General Motors dealers and their manufacturing plans.

Developing new tools for analyzing data by using Ms Office specifically Ms Excel and Ms Access.

Generate XML file and check them into GM website. Check the accuracy of data after publishing it on the GM website.

Assist teams in adopting consistent processes.

Create queries to execute ad hoc reports and analytical results to process all General Motors vehicle schematic data around the world.

Using Excel to manipulate and find meaningful patterns in large amounts of vehicle wiring data.

Analyze data and reporting solutions to understand quality of data, correlations/discrepancies, and to propose changes/alternate solutions.

Sort through large amount of spreadsheets to ensure the consistency of the data and resolve any inaccuracies within the spreadsheet.
