Houston Area Manager (South Texas) for international security company. Supervised 73 officers and supervisors and two Houston offices. Was responsible to oversee payroll, day to day management and client relations as well as sales. Designed and installed intensive security training program. Designed and implemented intragrated scheduling program for both fixed post as well as ATM officers. Implemented manpower management program saving thousands of dollars in overtime cost.
