Attributes to job and how I am as a person With having 25 years of varying work experiences and working with numerous clients, customers and co workers I have learned a lot about my self and people in general. First off I don’t know it all and don’t pretend to. For as far as what I bring to a job is experience that I make mistakes and will own them, I would rather work as a team or with people to get a task done I find peoples input and ideas interesting at times as well as helpful for different perspectives I have not thought of. I am self sufficient once comfortable with my task of day to day and since I make mistakes and learn from them as well when I understand my daily objectives I like to preplan for the afternoon the next day and even what may be next week. Understanding things and deadlines can change quickly I am adaptable to switch gears quickly and effectively and at times work well under fast pace high stress. How I am as a person is caring and understanding, I can place myself in someone’s shoes and see where they are coming from because its not all about me. I value honest and respect and hard work. Like a side I am good by myself but when I work with others that work hard I can really excel my self and compliment my fellow employes. I can honestly say that all the people I worked with if you asked them about me you would get the same answers hard working and caring person that’s east to get along with. I have a vast back ground of working in all weather conditions as well as 12 plus hour days. I used all proper protective equipment such as mask as well as respirators and proper paint suits and gloves. Worked in very hot and cold climates there would be problems with materials reacting to different temperature this is where a skilled tech could know what a product would do when applied as far as reacting or drying times. With this knowledge I could predict the days outcome and adjust my strength with the weakness of materials to get the best outcome for productivity. Jobs had to be completed in a timely mater so coming in early or working late were parts of the job. We used computers to track jobs, as well as materials. It was also my job to look at inventory and check with other employes to asses what was needed for jobs that day as well as next week and making sure I had the proper amount of materials to start and finish a job. Calculated weight of materials and well as fluid oz needed for certain materials as well as weather the colder temp the more reducer and faster activator the hotter the slower reducer as well as material needing to be thicker viscosity.
