As the General Manager, I schedule all staff as well as interview, hire, onboard and train all front of house staff.

I insure a fun experience for customers in a self-pour Colorado craft beverage taproom and oversee the back of house staff of prep and line cooks to provide our patrons with high quality menu offerings made to order.

I manage inventory and weekly ordering from vendors maintaining a great relationship with suppliers, beer reps, delivery personnel.

I recently passed my Servsafe certification exam through the Colorado Restaurant Association I have been part of the small leadership team converting a traditional outdated restaurant into a modern, innovative Colorado craft food and beverage establishment catering to the local outdoor and craft beer enthusiasts as well as providing fun rest and food for travelers to the Pikes Peak region. Formerly, I was a baker and cake decorator at Walmart as well as a kitchen manager at La Baguette French cafe in Colorado Springs.
