I would clean off the skids, put the leftover material in the corresponding location. Read the order and grab the correct material and put it on the skid, Label the Skid with order # I would have to read the orders grab the correct slabs of wood and cut them to the right measurements! I would have to Stack the wood and grad the corresponding door and place that one on top & slip the order in between the wood slabs.

I would lineup specific pieces of wood staple them together! And then I would pick it up in one piece and set it on a rack and line them with certain pins on that rack, to hold it in place.. Use the Truss press to squeeze metal plates on all joints of the truss.. I would lift them, no matter the size And place them on this platform on wheels.. If they were really big, place them on the ground! I also installed their brand new truss press!
