Extensive experience with all aspects of day-to-day sales and management functions, encompassing skills and responsibilities for new business development and territory expansion activities, staff supervision and training, in addition to directing a broad scope of marketing endeavors, including the development of marketing materials, advertising design, layout and copy writing, as well as experience with planning, directing and coordinating direct mail campaigns, trade shows and other promotional events.

A noted history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives and performance goals, ($10MM+ annually in new revenues) resultant of an innate ability to initiate and nurture profitable long-term business relationships.

Managing up to 12 employees, including 1 supervisor, with responsibilities for recruitment, interviews, hiring, task assignment, scheduling, new-hire orientation, training, performance evaluations and termination activities.

Hands-on administrative financials such as P&L analysis, developing sales projections, budgetary planning, forecasting and adherence management, (up to $3MM annual) in addition to logistics management, including oversight of shipping, receiving and warehousing operations, inventory control and product/supplies ordering, with direct authority for capital expenditures, vendor selection and pricing negotiations.

A philosophy of providing quality, conscientious customer service aimed at fostering continued customer satisfaction, confidence and brand loyalty.

Experience: Effective organizational, interpersonal and communications skills; strong leadership abilities; experience with commercial and residential Real Estate sales; retail operations, including cash management and reconciliations, direct floor sales, customer support, merchandising, visual-display design set-ups, in addition to loss prevention and shrink control activities; familiarity with Windows10, MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Quick Books, PhotoShop, CRM and a variety of industry specific data management packages.
