CLINICAL SERVICES OWNERSHIP: Quality and care process owner, as such, this position monitors, guides, and directs the design, implementation and delivery of all clinical programs and services within the organization. Provides knowledge, internal advocacy, workflow design, and expertise. Initiates Clinical Initiatives as necessary or appropriate, including compliance with applicable State and Federal healthcare programs. Develops and cultivates effective relationships with and between community-based care and clinical staff, fostering an environment of support, innovation, and collaboration. Interacts with each community’s clinical and care leadership staff to have working knowledge of each community’s unique processes for resident care and business flow and assist in adapting shared policies and procedures for best-fit. ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD SYSTEM: The EHR clinical process owner, as such, by doing the following: responsible for EHR design and integration into and with clinical programs across all levels of care. In collaboration with community clinical leadership and Support Services billing and technical leadership, determines processes, tools, approaches, and policies as necessary for the efficient and effective design and implementation of the EHR. In conjunction with other company leaders, coordinates and facilitates integration of EHR with other business processes, such as census, billing, and reporting.
