Advance operator and press operator Quality Inspector quality assembly line team leader I am very outgoing and motivated I am young healthy I enjoy my profession that's why I do with pride and joy I do it with dignity self-respect and passion I am in advance operator as well as a press operator recently certified setter educated in tube inserting as well as changing O-rings filter water tanks inside of the presses I also know very well about production quality I also am a team leader over 150 to 200 employees at the job I currently work at which is called Witzenmann USA in Troy Michigan all the things I just said I do exactly those duties at my job now I am looking for a company that will value me as an employee and pay me for my worth there's no more growing in the company that I'm at now and for me that's not okay because I am a determined individual and I will reach when I cannot reach no more I am looking for a company that is looking for a long-term employee that's dedicated and ready to become an asset to that company if I can find a company to pay me what I am worth which is reasonable I will not let that individual company down I will become an asset guarantee and I say that with truth confidence and pride even some other things that I need to learn or am I not educated on nor do I have experience or skill in I can pick up and learn really fast I also like to educate myself and learn other things as well as how other companies are run I'm a very good listener and I put 100% into any tasks or duties that I am told that is expected of me as my job duties if I need to hit a certain production I will hit that production and I would do it the best of my ability Not only would I focus and work towards the number of production that has then require of me I will also push myself even further to go beyond that for my own goal because again I am passionate about what I do and I take pride in everything I have just mentioned that's why I'm so good at everything I just listed because I enjoy and I and passionate about my work I am just looking for the right employer that is looking for a young individual to plant roots and their company and become a long-term valuable independent reliable Irreplaceable asset to their company I am not looking for something short-term nor am I looking for something temp I am young healthy and I am ready to establish myself at a company that I can see myself 20 30 40 years from now if you would give me a chance and offer me a pay that equals and that is fair to my work ethic I promise to anyone that offers you would not regret your decision or reaching out to me that's how much confidence I have in myself I am looking for a position for the special training that I listed above pay rate to be no less than $19.00 an hour because I am worth every penny of that $19 an hour and more
