PROGRAM MANAGER OF OPERATIONS • WESTFORD, MA 2019– 2022 Managing and oversight of ‘Mass Save’ Program across New England, collaborating with major utilities, contractors/sub- contractors, while overseeing a team of (10-15) Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Auditors, Sales, and Administration. Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, personnel, business development, marketing, and developing/maintaining industry relationships. Daily coordination with C-Suite to review company targets and goals, focusing on finance, operations, and business development.
