Loan Originating and Processing Skills:

Analyze applicants' financial status, Credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans.

Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories and other financial information.

Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications, answer questions about the process, and consult on all the various loan packages available and the terms of those various loans.

Review loan documents and disclosures to ensure they are complete and accurate according to policy.
