Isolation, Identification and Characterization of Bacillus thuringiensis from the water 2

Isolated the Bacillus thuningensis bacterium from the soil and cultured it. Under a fluoroscope, I performed a microscopic morphological examination of bacillus thuringiensis crystals and spores. Its DNA was extracted and Performed PCR. Proteins profiling (SDS-PAGE) .BT cottton Bacteriology and tissue culturing of beneficial plants Using the commercial plant tobacco take the totipotent of callus to grow under artificial environmental condition.
