As an Operations Manager for L3 Harris, overall oversight for erecting 3 of 7 aviation sites at austere locations throughout the Middle East and Africa in support of USSOCOM contractual requirements.

oProject Manager – acquired hangar space, negotiated with Government Command for billeting, vehicle leasing and personnel support.

oEstablished Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for 3 aviation sites - managed de-confliction of air movements of up to a fleet of 24 aircraft in and out of air operations theaters to include combat, training and base installations.

•Administered annual Performance Based Measures (PBM) of direct reporting personnel annually.

•Executed counseling per L3 Harris Corrective Action Guide (CAG) of direct reporting personnel.

•Validated counseling for all indirect reporting personnel.

oEstablished Procedures for Crisis Management Events involving loss of employee life, government equipment and reporting procedures to the Program Management Office.

•Only Operations Manager to have an aviation site attacked by terrorist that involved loss of life and loss of government equipment.

•Coordinated 15 military aircraft flights to retrograde all remaining personnel and equipment to the L3 Harris Hub located at one of the remaining aviation sites.

As a Configuration Analyst, I was responsible for every aircraft sortie mission planning packet that consisted of multiple documents. This was completed successfully utilizing Falcon View, with grid coordinates provided by government personnel located throughout the country.

oExpertise in disseminating weather forecast, NOTAMS (notification to aircrew required before every flight advertising them of circumstances relating to the state of flying), ISOPREP (data card maintained on every employee constraining personal information known only to the isolated individual to positively authenticate personnel in enemy controlled area).

oQualified in operating PRC 117, multiband mission radio for constant communication with the aircraft on station.
