SUMMARY

I am a Registered Nurse with a total of 13 years of experience in various fields. My career started in Liaquat National Hospital Karachi where I spent 10 years in the Gyane department as a registered Nurse and team lead role. I started working for one of the biggest hospitals in the country in 2011. I Worked in HDU (High Dependency Unit) for more than 6 years and then I was allowed To lead the team I became the shift in charge for my ward and department and I was directly Involved in the management tasks and managed the shift roasters and arranging the audits and reporting and visiting the doctor’s daily rounds on the patients etc. in the year of covid. In 2021 I moved to Sindh Service Hospital Karachi where I was able to take care of COVID patients in the emergency then I was put on the team for the public vaccination project which was an immense challenge during the Covid period. The same change easily to my current position in the same facility as a Medical Surgical nurse. With the ability to communicate effectively utilizing sound judgment, self-motivation, eagerness, and willingness to learn. I am always been team-oriented. Concerned and caring healthcare professional with an inherent desire to help people and, seeking a nursing position in a medical organization/institute keen to public access to healthcare along with excellent awareness of providing care to admitted patients.
