RKCF is a 501c3 dedicated to partnerships and programs related to USCF rated Chess programs and tournaments in Chicago and the Midwest. Programs such as Afterschool Matters, Cops and Kids and Checkmate Violence have impacted inner city communities for over 16 years. As the Development Director, I am responsible for Support and Engagement by creating partnerships with corporations, City of Chicago, Office of the Mayor, various Alderman’s Offices, State of Illinois leadership all in furthering chess as a gateway to STEM programming and education.
