At the Wells Fargo Center in Jacksonville, Florida as the building Concierge/security, maintained Auditorium and Conference room reservations for tenants, assist and orchestrate with annual Holiday EXPOs, Pop-up shops, Blood Drives, Book Fairs, and communication with property management by email and meetings. Activate/de-activate badges for entire building by operating two badging computer systems for the building and the elevators; take photos of new employees and attach to profile in system. Angus maintenance and housekeeping requests. Update Floor Wardens/Special Needs lists for all tenants, send out email-blasts for general information concerning road closures, and special events. Regularly on the new Electronic Tenant Portal with Property Management through communications and calendar events. Assist security supervisor with security copies and EMS services when needed. Greeting all tenants and guests by name and keeping a good and professional attitude consistently, even off the clock.

Job Description:

This position is used as a public relation, high profile representative of building management.

The Concierge Officer's personality should be approachable, innovative and pleasant.

Greet and acknowledge tenants and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer phone (it’s very important that the phone is always answered at the security desk.).

Ensure property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.

Badging.

oCreate new badges for new employees

oReplacement badges (charge $10 per badge and bring money to Property Management/PM)

oDelete badges for term. Employees

Remove overlay and give card to central to clean badge for repeat use

oKeep track of supplies

Cards

Ribbon

Overlays

oFile badge request forms. Keep record of badge activations and de-activations.

Book Conference rooms, Auditorium and use of any empty space approved by PM.

oIf a tenant requests the use of a space that is currently vacant always ask PM first. PM will need to know what they need the space for, date and time of use and if they will be catering the event

oMake sure that COI’s are obtained if needed

oMake sure all spaces are clean and ready for use

oMake sure all lights are working properly

oMake sure furnishings are in working order and organized

oReport any repairs needed

Always keep an eye on the lobby for issues (security, maintenance or janitorial).

Keep lists of nearby restaurants and services in the surrounding area for tenants and new employees i.e. shoe repair; drycleaners; gas stations; pharmacy; library; courthouse; etc.…

Handle all Tenant events. When booking an event always have PM approval first. When requesting approval from PM always have an outline of the event and any research needed for back up.

Send emails to tenant informing them of emergencies, road closures, interruption in building services, upcoming events etc.

Assisting Banyan Street Capital (Property Management) with light administrative duties when covering phones for Property Administrator.

Keep up to date on Downtown and surrounding areas activities.

Have a complete understanding of how Central Control and the loading dock operate.

Perform any duties that might be assigned by PM.
