Summary Of Experience:

As Systems Architect, I have developed commercially successful software products that include an IBM Mainframe Operating System, a Teleprocessing Monitor, a Data Base Manager, 2 Integrated Retail Banking Systems, and an Automated Enterprise Network Management System. I have designed 3 major communications networks for large financial institutions, selecting hardware and software components which have been validated by years of successful production use. As a Manager, I concurrently supervised the operation of three 24/7 data centers scattered across the country, and have successfully managed the initiation of new consulting practices seven times. As CTO, I handled all the technology issues for a software development company As a Senior Program Manager /Systems Architect, I have designed and developed software products that include an IBM Operating System, a Teleprocessing Monitor, a Data Base Manager, several Integrated Banking Systems, Customer Service Call Centers, and an Enterprise Network Management System. I also have designed/enhanced significant portions of communications networks for a number of international financial institutions. As Director of Development, I handled all the technology issues for a software development company acting as their CTO.

As a Consultant, I have “reengineered” major portions of the key operations of many major corporations, both in the US and Internationally, and have done “Due Diligence” for venture capitalist and other investors evaluating potential participation in new technology/ventures. I have done numerous Architecture reviews for proposed software and development methodologies/plans. As an Operational Manager, I have run the consolidated 24/7 IMS operations for a group of 7 companies. I have managed data center moves, the design & building of new centers, and major hardware

& software “rollouts” [some across national boundaries] without negatively impacting daily operations. I successfully managed Risk and the Impacts of Change both on the hardware and procedures to ensure Continuity of Operations.

As a Businessman, I had Profit/Loss and Budget responsibility for an External Sales Channel of over 200 partners in 59 countries. I have been part of “Startup” ventures several times (and have gone through the Initial Offering process while Going Public). I have successfully managed the initiation of new consulting practices many times. I successfully supervised the technical operations of an International sub-company doing Y2k and Euro modification analysis/remediation and have been the CEO/President of my own company for over 20years.
