Processes, reviews, and confirms all RFQ for assigned raw material, indirect products, or services are converted into POs through the ERP system.

Confirms with suppliers, accuracy and acceptance of PO as well obtains promise delivery date – lead time and updates the ERP as required.

Responsible for expediting, following up or extending deliveries of all open purchase orders to ensure timeliness with production schedules, while proactively ensuring timely ordering

Developing inventory control system to organize and maintain stock level.

Maintaining detailed inventory, purchase, and pricing records.

Conduct negotiations with suppliers on pricing and contractual terms and conditions and develop contracts supporting business requirements.

Responsible for maintaining parts inventories to support production requirements in Excel. Ensuring the right consumption of raw material as per the BOM and accountable for timely and accurate material release.

Compile reports on flow of stock, adjustments of inventory, counts, and stock records, damage, or shelf-life adjustments, location changes, and denial of shipments.
