Consultant Working with the Carolina Mudcats (owned by the Milwaukee Brewers) to assist with their Food & Beverage operation. Helping to audit and implement proper controls and systems. In addition, assisting with design and equipment layouts for a possible new stadium.

Assist with a start-up concept of LA Dodgers iconic stadium food, for home delivery from a series of Ghost Kitchens. Designed and equipped 5 kitchens throughout the Los Angeles area.
