I have worked on the Fast Sales tax application and Determination application. When a user interacts with Verizon through call or chat, surveys will be offered to the user. I have worked on an Environment URL validation check project. The Jenkins job gets triggered twice a day and an email will be sent with a mismatched URL.

My contribution in this project was testing of modules called New Install, Change, Move, Disconnect and Order Entry System.
