• Primary point of contact for the administration of all employee benefits, which includes retirement, leave of absence/ADA, wellness, workers compensation and insurance policies, such as health, life, and disability.

• Lead project management and internal communication of annual open enrollment.

• Provide employee support and education by working with benefits broker in creating presentations, developing communication tools to enhance understanding of benefit offerings, and providing support in claims/issue resolution acting as a liaison between employee/broker/carrier when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• Collaborate with business leaders and talent acquisition in all compensation decisions to ensure both internal and external equity. Provide compensation support including salary benchmarking, salary analysis, and determining total compensation package for new offers.

• In collaboration with People & Culture Manager support employees and leaders with employee relations issues.

• HRIS System administration and implementation (SAP, Kronos, Ascentis, UKG)

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience, and partner with People

& Culture team to develop and execute solutions.

• Supported with full life-cycle recruitment including partnering with agencies, sourcing, interviewing, offer and onboarding process.

• Primarily responsible for performing Human Resources related duties at the professional level in the areas of benefits, records administration, and employee relations. EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

University of Louisiana, Lafayette (f/k/a University of Southwestern Louisiana)

• Professional Human Resources Management Certificate

• Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR)

• SHRM–CP (Certified Professional in Human Resources) COMPUTER SKILLS:
