The FBL plant will manufacture Mars & Snickers bars with 35,000 m2 BUA including the production line which shall be imported from the Netherlands. Responsibilities

- Identifying potential risks and issues that may impact project success and working with the project manager to develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitoring and addressing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- All planning tasks, such as establishing and reviewing of the project baseline.

- Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.

- Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, cost reports and drawing estimates.

- Establishing the communication management plan and reporting procedures.

- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.

- LEED management including the score card and Cx commissioning process.

- Managing the project procurement processes and coordinating among all suppliers.

- Managing the tender process starting from issuing the EOI up to awarding letter.

- Design technical review in accordance with the client standards and guidelines.

- Creating and communicating the weekly reports and dashboards to the client.

Position: Senior Projects Management Coordinator -Risk Management Engineer Responsibilities

- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned projects.

- Acting as a focal point of communication between all project stakeholders to fulfill their needs and requirements.

- Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions.

- Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and time.
