I recently taught bartending and trained customers on alcohol service with ProServe Bartending. Owner/Operator since 2010.
I did guest services at Park Meadows Golf Club in the Golf Services department.
I was at Victory Ranch Golf and Residencies as a Bartender and golf guest services.
Before that, I was at The State Road Tavern in Kamas as a Server/Bartender.
I spent many years working for the DBR Group, which included The No Name Saloon, Butcher's Chop House, The Wine Dive and Boneyard as a Bartender/Server.
I also did time at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse as a Bartender/Server.
Many summers ago, I was at the WHYM Craft Beer Cafe, Portsmouth, NH. All FOH duties, plus proper beer sales, preparation and presentation.
Before that I was at the High West Distillery, Park City, Ut. (2009). Whiskey Ambassador.
Way back when, I was an operating partner of The Happy Sumo Restaurants. Designed, built and ran 2 Sushi Restaurants from the ground up.
This represents 30+ years of work experience in Park City, Utah.
