I have had the privilege to work in customer orientated industries: customer service agent and working in retail though these experiences seem different the similarities are that I have been dealing with customers since I started my work career which has been very interesting and challenging at the same time because it entails skills that have assisted me to grow in the workspace, that I am currently using even in my studies, and in my everyday relationships I have an IT Qualification and currently studying Supply Chain (in my 2nd year) and I am certain my studies and qualification will help me to develop myself further as I try to navigate the future work environment and seeing myself grow is one of the most important aspects of my development and making a difference in the workspace will soon be my biggest achievement in my entire life once I am given an opportunity in a thriving environment I am a fast learner, determined, young and I always go an extra-mile and forever looking for ways to do things in a better way and not disqualifying authenticity or quality, I strive to impress at all times especially with how diligent I am when executing work that is being given to me and I am also aware that I am in my learning stages of my career hence any good opportunity I may get I will drive it with professionalism and enthusiasm.
