MAIN JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBLITIES

*Purges employee files in accordance to company policy and procedure
*Ensures compliance of Notice of Commencements, and Notice of Non-Payments
*Ensures adherence to Office Procedures and the provision of quality service
*Identifies temporary staffing needs, recruiting, and prescreening applications
*Ensures E-Verify Process is completed on every new hire in accordance to company policy
*Handles client inquiries, complaints, and staffing needs
*Ensure telemarketing calls are completed (minimum of 15 per day)
