Dr. Greco, former President of GRE, has over 4 decades of experience in proposal management, preparation, development and training and New Business Development in support of Complex Computer Systems, Information Technology (IT) Efforts, Cyber security, System Engineering and Program Management, including operational requirements definition, software design and extensive large-scale proposal management, coordination, review and leadership. Dr. Greco's experience includes active participation in professional societies and graduate level instruction. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, Honor Society. His responsibilities included business development and corporate management.

During his career, Dr. Greco has participated in over 500 proposals, often as the proposal manager, conducted 55 major Red Team Reviews in the position of Review Lead, Coordinator, and participated in 45 additional proposals as Proposal Manager and Coordinator. These proposal efforts included over 120 for the Department of Defense, over 45 proposals for the U.S. Postal Service and other federal agencies including EPA, HHS, IRS, DHS, Department of Education, NASA, FBI, DOS, DNA, INS, and Department of Treasury, among others. Dr. Greco has participated in the design, development, documentation, integration, test and evaluation of base operations, sensor, control, and weapon systems and subsystems. In the last 30 years, he has supported over $51 Billion in proposal efforts in the preparation of technical approach, executive summary, personnel, management and cost sections. His proposal support efforts have also included Contract Data Requirements List estimates and associated technical and cost proposal development. Dr. Greco has supported both RDT&E, Facility Maintenance, Weapon System and Production programs for Federal automation systems in areas including training, program management, technical requirements definition, manufacturing control, test and evaluation, documentation validation and verification, and customer liaison. 1986 – 2019: Greco Research Engineering Company, Inc ~ now Semi- Retired, 1099 IC. As President and Founder of Greco Research Engineering, Dr. Greco has supported over 90 civilian and military complex computer, Information Technology and defense programs. 1979 – 1986: Comarco, Inc.

In the role of East Coast Manager, Dr. Greco supported complex computer-controlled Government programs.

1973 – 1979: Comptek Research (now Northrop Grumman) As Software Engineering Manager, Dr. Greco supported comprehensive Navy missile and gun programs.

1967 – 1973: General Electric Company

As an Electrical Engineer, Dr. Greco supported the Poseidon/Trident ICBM programs, which included training Poseidon and Trident ICBM submarine naval officers. AWARDS / CERTIFICATIONS
