PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

02/2021 to 11/2023 Sr. Engineer, VAVE projects, Newell Brands, Chicago, Illinois: Working on VAVE projects in Beverage section of the O&R Division. Took active part in optimizing cost effectiveness of the current families of the product lines. Worked on optimizing wall thickness in Hydration and Thermal bottles, involved in researching and implementing of the more economical substitutes for advanced engineering plastics. Redesigned kid’s Gizmo Cleanable bottle for easier to assemble/reassemble, better suction and cleaning experience by simplifying and reducing number of components in the assembly. Provided engineering support for filing patent documents for new design. Create and supervise execution of Test Plans to assure that VAVE modifications do not deteriorate the performance of the product in any way, in most cases we improve performance of the current products. Closely working with Supply Chain, Brand, Marketing, and QA teams to deliver results in timely manner. Communicate with our Chinese teammates and vendors on daily bases.
